Go to Tools, Message Rules and complete the boxes to Select the conditions for your rule, Select the actions for your rule and provide a Description of your rule.
Click on the WEBMAIL link located in the upper right-hand corner of the homepage.
Type in your EMAIL ADDRESS (without @outdrs.net) under Login Name and your PASSWORD under Password and click ENTER.
Click INBOX to check your mail or click COMPOSE to type a new email.
You can also create a separate mailbox to store your saved messages. Click on Manage Folders on the left. At the top click on New then type in a name for the folder and click Create.
Within INBOX, click on who the sender of the message is to open up the email.
To delete messages, put a check in the box next to the message that you want to delete. Then, click Delete at the top. This will put a line through the message.
To empty the messages out of your mailbox, click the PURGE DELETED button.
When finished using WEBMAIL, click on LOGOFF to close out of the system.
To view the file without saving it, check Open it, then click OK. The application should open, allowing you to view the file.
If you saved the file, locate the folder where you saved it, find the file and double-click on it. The appropriate program should open. Alternately, you can first open the associated application--for instance, Word if the you received a ".doc" file--then locate the file and open it.
How to send attachments
Use this procedure to attach documents, spreadsheets, photos or any other type of file.
Open your e-mail program, launch a new message window and compose your message.
Click on the attachment icon or insert the file by selecting from the drop down menu.
Browse your hard drive or removable disks to locate the file you want to attach. Once you find it, click on it, then click the OK button.
An icon or message should now appear indicating that the file has been attached.
Click on the Send button or select Send from the File menu.
Click on Tools, Options, Security Tab, Select Allow Attachments
Sometimes you can not open attachments because you do not have the proper program to open it. Some possible programs you may need for opening attachments, are Adobe Acrobat Reader (in Downloads), WinZip (in Downloads), or one of the programs in Microsoft Office. Although you can't download Microsoft Office, you can download programs that will let you view files for most of the programs in Microsoft Office. Go to http://www.microsoft.com/office/downloads/default.asp and go to the bottom, you'll see a list of the programs contained in Microsoft Office. Just click on the program you'd like, then near the top, you'll see Search for downloads. The program you selected, will be in the box. You'll see 3 colored boxes, Red, blue, and yellow. Make sure the yellow one is the only one selected, then click update list. After the page loads, look for a listing down below that is listed as viewer, and download it.
